Forward Email Print

To forward an email, do the following:

  1. Select an email, and click the Forward button.
     
    Use the Forward option above the message body to forward a single message.
  2. Enter recipient email addresses in the ToCc, or Bcc boxes, separating multiple email addresses with a comma or semicolon. Webmail will attempt to identify a matching contact from your Contact List. To select a match, click the contact or use your up/down arrow keys and press the Enter key. Note: To learn more, please see the help topic, "Address an Email."
  3. Enter additional text in the message body, if desired. Note: To learn more, please see the help topic, "Compose New Email."
  4. Click the Send link.

To forward multiple emails as attachments, do the following:

  1. Select the check box next to each email you want to forward.
  2. Click the Forward button. A new compose window will open, and the emails will be listed in the attachment area.
  3. Enter recipient email addresses in the ToCc, or Bcc boxes, separating multiple email addresses with a comma or semicolon. Webmail will attempt to identify a matching contact from your Contact List.   5. Click the Send link.
