Reply to an Email Print

To reply to an email you have received:

  1. Select the email, and click the Reply button. To reply to the sender and all recipients, click the Reply All button.

  2. Enter your reply text in the message body, as desired. Note: To learn more, please see the help topic, "Compose New Email."
  3. Click the Send link.

To use Quick Reply:

  1. Right-click the email, and select Quick Reply.
  2. Enter your reply text, as desired. To reply to the sender and all recipients, select the Reply All check box.
  3. Click the Send button.
