To reply to an email you have received:
- Select the email, and click the Reply button. To reply to the sender and all recipients, click the Reply All button.
- Enter your reply text in the message body, as desired. Note: To learn more, please see the help topic, "Compose New Email."
- Click the Send link.
To use Quick Reply:
- Right-click the email, and select Quick Reply.
- Enter your reply text, as desired. To reply to the sender and all recipients, select the Reply All check box.
- Click the Send button.
