There are several ways to address an email.
Address Auto-Complete
As you type a name or email address in the To, Cc, or Bcc boxes, webmail will attempt to complete the address with a matching address from your contact list. Use your arrow keys to select a suggested match, and then press the Tab (or Enter/Return) key on your keyboard.
Contacts
You can select contacts from your contact list by clicking the To, Cc, or Bcc links, located to the left of the To, Cc, or Bcc boxes.
- Click the To, Cc, or Bcc link.
- Click the My Contacts drop-down menu and select a contact list.
- Click once on a contact, and then click the > button to move that contact to the corresponding To, Cc, or Bcc box. To select more than one contact, hold the Ctrl key and click the contacts you want to select.
- To remove a recipient from the To, Cc, or Bcc boxes, click the recipient and then click the Remove button.
- Click the OK button.
