To view technical information about an email you have received—such as the email servers used to receive the email—you can view the email's header.
- To view full header information for an email, select an email message.
- Click the More button, and select View Full Header.
Note: For help understanding the header information, your email administrator can use the Header Analyzer tool, located in the Control Panel. To learn more, please see the help topic, "Analyze a Header."
