You can export your email messages as individual .eml files, which is the file format supported by most email software applications. To export email messages, do the following:
- Select the check box next to each email you want to export. To select all email messages displayed on the current page, select the uppermost check box.
- Click the More drop-down menu, and then select Export to Zip.
- Save the zip folder according to your web browser’s directions.
Note: The individual .eml file(s) will be saved as a compressed, zipped folder. To open a zip folder, double-click the folder and then follow the directions for extracting the files (varies depending on operating system).
