To permanently delete all emails contained in a folder, do the following:
- Right-click the folder and select Purge '(folder name).'
- When you are prompted to confirm that you want to permanently delete all emails in the folder, click the OK button.
To permanently delete an email folder (and all emails contained in the folder), do the following:
- Right-click the folder and select Delete '(folder name).'
- When you are prompted to confirm that you want to permanently delete the folder, click the OK button.
