To move an email to another folder, do one of the following:
- Click and drag the email from the email list to a folder in the Email Folders pane.
- When viewing an email in its own window, click the Move to Folder icon, and select a destination folder.
To move several email messages at one time:
- Select the check box next to the emails you want to move into another folder. To select all email on the current page, click the uppermost checkbox.
- Click the Move drop-down menu, and then select the destination folder. The selected email messages will be moved from the active folder to the folder you specify.
