Log Into Rackspace Webmail Print

Webmail is supported in the following browsers:
Windows—Internet Explorer 7+, Firefox 3.6+, Google Chrome
Mac OSX—Safari 4+, Firefox 3.6+, Google Chrome

To log into Rackspace Webmail, perform the following steps:

1. Visit https://apps.rackspace.com.
2. In the Choose an Account box, be sure that Email Account is selected.
3. In the Email Address box, enter your complete email address (e.g., [email protected]).
4. In the Password box, enter your password.
5. If you are using a personal computer, and you want your browser to remember your login information, check the Remember this info box. Note: If you are using a public computer or if others use your computer, you should not check the box.
6. To ensure that your login information and webmail session are secure, check the Use SSL (Secure) box.
7. To view webmail without your browser's toolbar, check the Hide browser toolbars box.
8. Click the Log In button.
