- Open Outlook for Mac 2011. From the Outlook drop-down menu in the top bar, select Preferences.
- On the Outlook Preferences menu, under the Personal Settings header, click Accounts.
- On the Accounts screen, select Exchange Account.
- Enter the following information:
- Email address — Enter your entire email address (e.g., [email protected])
- Method — Select Username and Password
- Username — Enter your entire email address (e.g., [email protected])
- Password — Enter your email address password
- Server — Enter the Exchange Web Server (EWS) address. To locate the EWS address:
- Log into the Control Panel.
- Select the Exchange user.
- Click the Setup Instructions tab. Use the EWS Server Address located in the Entourage 2008 setup intstructions.
- Click Add Account.
- Confirm that there is a green dot beside the account name and close. If there is an amber dot, check settings and password.
