Set Up Microsoft Exchange - Outlook for Mac 2011 Print

  1. Open Outlook for Mac 2011. From the Outlook drop-down menu in the top bar, select Preferences.

     

  2. On the Outlook Preferences menu, under the Personal Settings header, click Accounts.

     

  3. On the Accounts screen, select Exchange Account.

     

  4. Enter the following information:

     

    • Email address — Enter your entire email address (e.g., [email protected])
    • Method — Select Username and Password
    • Username — Enter your entire email address (e.g., [email protected])
    • Password — Enter your email address password
    • Server — Enter the Exchange Web Server (EWS) address. To locate the EWS address:
      1. Log into the Control Panel.
      2. Select the Exchange user.
      3. Click the Setup Instructions tab. Use the EWS Server Address located in the Entourage 2008 setup intstructions.
  5. Click Add Account.
  6. Confirm that there is a green dot beside the account name and close. If there is an amber dot, check settings and password.
